Returns and Warranties

Unless approved by Doors For Pros LLC in writing, products delivered may not be returned. If a return is authorized, Doors For Pros will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Approved products must be returned within 90 days of issuance of the RMA. For non-warranty related returns, Doors For Pros may apply a 45% restocking fee.

Shipping

Doors For Pros has a robust network of nationwide carriers to get your orders supplied and delivered with the most competitive rates and fastest delivery possible. Our shipping is only offered in the Continental United States. All our shipments are insured for the full value of the delivery. However, if a shipment is damaged upon delivery, we ask that our customers refuse the shipment, or sign for it as “Damaged”, so that our shipment insurance covers the damage and the carrier is required to pay for any associated costs. If our customers accept and sign for the delivery “as is”, the carrier will not be held responsible for damage and Doors For Pros will not be able to assist in value loss claims with the carrier. Any damage during transit is a responsibility of the carrier and not Doors For Pros. If a customer believes damage was done to an order during shipment, the customer shall communicate with Doors For Pros prior to accepting delivery, so the order has the greatest chance of being covered by carrier/delivery insurance.
