The Ives 5BB1 Hinges, by Schlage Commercial, are a 5-Knuckle, Ball Bearing Full Mortise Hinge. These hinges are recommended for medium weight doors less than 150 pounds. They are also recommended for medium frequency usage with doors that open less than 400 cycles per day.
